Cow and goat lived near the bank of the river. They were fast friends. Cow is healthy and strong but as compare to cow goat is so weak body. Goat also eats the food in a day many times so that he can also see healthy like cow. after a year of trying goat is also weak now even he is eating food many time a days at last goat asked the cow what is the reason I am also eating food on daily basis but I am still weak, you eat three time a day and you are strong and health. Cow smiled and said too much eating is also negative impact on body and less as well. The reason is, I am healthy, I am eating the food on time table. So if you will eat food on time you will be healthy. So goat start takes normal food on time and now he is also living healthy life.
